Who we are
Competitive pricing, superior productivity, uncompromising quality, and on-time delivery define our value proposition to global brands.
Family-run business with board members bringing over 80 years of combined specialised experience across 3 generations in garment manufacturing and export operations.
Partnership-driven philosophy with global customers for over 25 years. Strong, enduring relationships with fabricators and piece-goods suppliers worldwide.
Close collaboration with customers and suppliers enables continuous exchange of ideas, technology insights, and fashion trends for mutual success.
Strong commitment to social and ethical practices with strict adherence to all legal and regulatory codes of conduct in every aspect of operations.
Our mission
To manufacture readymade woven garments to a standard our customers never have to question — and to make the commercial case for India as clear as the quality case.
We operate from the Kandla Special Economic Zone because it lets us pass real structural savings to our customers, not because it is convenient for us. Every advantage below reaches the customer in the quoted price or the delivery date.
Factory in Kandla Special Economic Zone with duty-free imports, zero Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, and Excise Duty.
Adjacent to Mundra Port — India's largest — with direct container stuffing at the factory.
Year-round availability of skilled labour enables multi-category manufacturing with consistent quality and productivity.
20,000 sq. ft. warehousing facility with capability to import textile and non-textile products duty-free for customers, offering comprehensive supply chain solutions.
State-monitored compliance for social, ethical, health, and safety laws ensures customers meet their regulatory and sustainability requirements.

Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit — four pillar
Aug 2026
Responsibly grown cotton

STANDARD 100 — tested for harmful substances
Compliance
All four pillars assessed
Fair wages, legal hours, freedom of association. No forced or child labour.
Fire and building safety, machine guarding, protective equipment, emergency drills.
Permits, waste and effluent handling, resource use against legal requirement.
Anti-bribery, transparent records, a working grievance channel.
Sedex has no public directory, so a membership number on its own proves nothing. Linked customers pull our current report straight from the platform. Not linked yet? Ask us and we will connect the accounts.
Labour, environmental and safety standards your retail partners require.
Third-party assessment of conditions, ethics and social compliance.
SEZ authority oversight of health and safety, continuously.
Paperwork that survives your own risk review.
How we work
Five stages, one facility, one audit trail.
Fabric and trims direct from mills we have used for decades.
Prototypes and samples to your spec, before you commit to bulk.
Line production, with quality checks at every stage.
Inspection, pressing, packing to export standard.
Container loaded at the factory. Paperwork done in-house.
Mundra is next door. Containers are stuffed here, not trucked to a depot.
We can import textile and non-textile goods duty-free on your behalf.
Export documentation prepared in-house. Shipments clear without surprises.
Product range
Every product undergoes rigorous quality control processes to meet international customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Men's, women's and children's wear across multiple fabric types. Ask us for the full range and we will send what fits your category.
Our legacy
From a single unit in Mumbai to a recognised name in Indian garment export — the same family, the same business, since 1953.
Established by late chairman Mr. Shankerdas Nathani as a small manufacturing unit in Mumbai, laying the groundwork for export-oriented garment production.
Grew to become one of India's largest garment exporters. Received I Prize in Global Exports and II Prize in the Rupee Payment Area from AEPC, Delhi.
Certificate of Merit for outstanding export performance in Global Export and the Rupee Payment Area for the years 1982, 1983, 1984, 1986 and 1987.
Awarded VI Prize in Global Exports by AEPC, Delhi, cementing our position as a trusted international garment manufacturer.
Our Kandla SEZ unit completes a full SMETA four-pillar audit, covering labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics.
